The general aim is to play low mana creatures, primarily Akroan Crusader and Mogg Fanatic, and then use spells, Skin Invasion, Rapid Hybridization and Otherworldly Outburst, to efficiently exchange them with 3/3s.The best thing about the deck is that many spells are dual purpose and can be used as psuedo-removal as well as buffs. Combat tricks are prevalent.The question is: Should I favour creatures like Mogg Fanatic and Spiketail Hatchling that I can sacrifice at will to always be able to use Otherworldly Outburst and Skin Invasion or should I include creatures like Akroan Crusader and Goblin Arsonist that need to be killed but can give more value, especially combined with Rapid Hybridization? (NB that my choice is hinted by the cards in the maindeck.)
Akroan Crusader - the core creature of the deck. Generate much value with every spell you cast on him. The dream scenario is T1: Crusader, T2: Skin Invasion/Otherworldy Outburst and Rapid Hybridization netting you 2 1/1s, a 3/3 and 3/4 or 3/2.Faithless Looting - probably the next important card in the deck. Lets you dig for cards you need to put the aggressive 'combo' together or just exchange cards you don't need. Can discard unnecessary land that this deck does not need (especially nice with Izzet Boilerworks), other Lootings or just cards that you don't need.Mogg Fanatic - Sacrifice ability to give more control over when it dies. Originally, had Goblin Arsonist but in many situation Fanatic is better.Wingcrafter - cheap efficient way to give 3/3s flying. Can also be used as 'exchange fodder'Arc Trail - Great against aggressive decks. Can also be used to kill your own creatures/proc Akroan Crusader if needed. I have a feeling Arc Trail may not be as useful I previously thought.Brimstone Volley - great with all the creatures dying, removes a large creature or gets in the final points of damage for this aggressive deckMana Leak - best counter in modern, great tempo controller. get some 3/3s out and prevent your opponent from doing anythingOtherworldly Outburst - free 3/2 plus combat tricksPeek - mainly just a cantrip to find the necessary cards but seeing opponent's hand can be extremely useful. At instant speed with a deck with counters and many other instants often will be able to be cast after holding up mana for counteringRapid Hybridization - yet another way to get cheap 3 power creatures at instant speed. Doubles as removal for big creature threatsSkin Invasion - can be used on opponents creatures, forcing them to attack into your fatties or just on your own creature that will die. Deals with opponent's 3/3s well if you need to remove any with HybridizationEDIT: diversified the instants for interesting games

So... You are trying to be a blue red burn control deck? Akroan Crusader seems pretty bad, although there are some spells. Mogg Fanatic and the other creatures also seem bad in your aggro ish deck. There are a bunch of budget creatures like keldon marauders and mogg war marshal.
The aim is to play the small creatures and then cast Skin Invasion, Otherworldly Outburst or Rapid Hybridization to make them into bigger creatures. What is the problem with Mogg Fanatic? I think it is great in this deck. I realise this deck may not be the most consistent but its a casual deck built around the potential for extremely explosive starts. Keldon Marauders and Mogg War Marshall are decent suggestions. I will sideboard them.
Spark Elemental and Skin Invasion are another great combo.

Your Crusader dies from all of your spells save for one. Spark Elemental is a better fit.

I honestly do not know why people like this deck. I know it is supposed to be a casual budget deck, but even then it still sucks. I'm sorry maybe its just my competitive background, but I think about any other casual deck will stomp this or it appears to be that way.
Sorry man. Its just supposed to function alternatively to other decks and be fun, i.e dodging removal, rampant board presence acceleration, counters, removal etc.
"Impact Tremors" could be an interesting card here, as well as "Goblin Bushwhacker".Tremors help to deal damage (Mogg War Marshal = 3 damage, Akroan Crusader + Skin Invasion = 3 damage) while Bushwhacker helps with haste and a descent +1/+0 boost, and can be used as fodder for your other spells in case things go bad.
Goblin Bushwacker could be kind of nice but its too expensive in money terms for what it adds to the deck. The double red of kicking won't happen that easily too.Impact Tremors seems a little lack lustre. 3 Damage in an almost best case scenario is strictly worse that Incinerate. It feel it needs to be more built around to be effective. I'll build a deck around it just for you <3 ;)
