I really like the concept, in particular, the infinite combo you can pull off w/ curiosity and mind over matter is a great idea. looks like a blast to use in casual, love seeing older cards getting some attention. have you considered adding some different lands to the mana base opposed to running exclusively islands? Nythkos, Shrine to Nyx looks like it could be a good option to sprinkle in if you either have some or can afford them. could really help getting some of the more expensive cards onto the field, while significantly boosting your mana pool once you do.

and it combos nicely with Doomed Traveler, should have looked closer at the deck before I posted.

Could consider swapping out Knight-Captain Eos with Precinct Captain. Less mana, makes tokens, and gets the buff from Captain of the Watch. Launch the Fleet is a moderately cheap card that I would also consider incorporating into the deck, fits nicely with the theme and helps with late game swings.
