Deck Description

SoM Deck, based upon Proliferate and Artifacts, mainly as my friends are all doing Infect decks and I wanted something different.

Key things to remember with this deck:

1) Grand Architect's ability allows you to tap blue creatures for 2 colourless mana (including itself) for artifacts regardless of summoning sickness (Scars FAQ)
2) Proliferate basically ramps up all the deck's kill conditions (Jace, Triskellions, Foundries, Steel Overseers) as well as the Everflowing Chalices for mana

Deck discussion for Proliferate Artifacts

Planeswalkers? Basilisk Collar for use with Triskelion? Maybe some Trinket Mages since they would let you tutor for Chalices, Voltaic Key, and Mox Opal, as well as Basilisk Collar if you need them. (that owuld let you free up a lot of deck slots actually, since you could get away with running only 1 or 2 of each. Maybe replace the Golem Artisans and Trigon of Thought with them, both of those are too slow and too costly to be of any real use.)

I do actually own a Jace the Mind Sculptor but he's in my Ally deck at the moment, saying that I did pull Venser the other day so I may put him in the Ally deck instead as that's blue/white.

The trigons I find work well enough as the Chalices (with proliferate) and creatures combined create enough colourless mana to afford it, (each blue creature can tap for 2, and each artifact can be turned blue for 1 blue).

I may be tempted into replacing two Chalices with Trinket mages, or possibly to Artisans as they are there mainly to give the Triskelions flying and/or trample for the end game if needed.

The 4 keys are just too useful imo.

Actually, come to think of it, does Deathtouch combine with Treskelions ability? I'd assume it does in which case a Basilisk collar is probably a must.
