I am a very new player to this game. I have almost no experience at all playing this game, so please excuse me if this deck isn't really up to par with other decks. I opened up some Cloudfin Raptors and liked the idea of "Evolve". So I looked at some other cards from the same set and other decks which like using creatures that evolve. I just pieced together a bunch of that stuff trying to create a nice little synergistic deck. I would really appreciate feedback on this, as this is my first proper deck I've ever created as a newbie. Especially on cards I might be missing or cards that should be swapped from the sideboard with the main deck.My budget decks try to stay below 40$, please keep that in mind.
Try to mulligan for Cloudfin Raptors and/or Gyre Sages.Utilize the counters from "Evolve" to snowball creatures out of control.Move counters with bioshift to synergize with your other cards. Such as Master Biomancer/Gyre Sage/Prime Speaker Zegana. Or move them onto Elusive Krasis for a finisher.Massive utility from Simic Charm, buff also combos with Bioshift to keep +3/+3 permanently.Deadbridge Goliath for lategame punch and Scavenge synergy.Primeval Bounty to snowball you out of control massively, combine with Prophet of Kruphix for maximum value.
