Deck Description

This decklist is specifically built for 1v1 Commander as I feel that Derevi is best suited for 1v1 and if a decklist was made for a multiplayer Derevi, it would suffer heavily in the 1v1 department. Now obviously this isn't the most budget list, but not too expensive either. Upgrading the landbase is the costly part of the deck.

The point of this deck is to swarm your opponent and either tap your opponents permanents or untap your permanents. You can completely shut down your opponent from the game with Winter Orb like effects and you'll be hardly hurt at all since Derevi can untap your permanents.

While I did say this isn't a very budget deck, well atleast compared to my other decks, I'd still like to keep the deck around 75$.

How to Play

Swarm your opponent with evasive little dudes and tap/untap accordingly. You have many ways to massively hinder your opponents untapping of permanents, while you won't really have to worry thanks to Derevi.

Deck discussion for Derevi, Tryhard Tactician

Dismiss into Dream? Make them sacc the stuff you tap. Plus it makes it so they can't equip anything, use auras, targeted buffs or abilities, etc.

Would put it in if it were not for the high casting cost. I like it, but I feel like if you were to cast it, you had already won anyways. Probably god-tier in a multiplayer game though.
