My very first deck had a major weakness to flying. While I was tweaking it and removing the white element, I noticed that Blue has some fun stuff that I could use, so I made a blue version, too.
The instants and quicksilver fountain are there to slow your opponent's tempo while you use the little Myrs and affinities to increase your own. The goal is to bring out a lot of creatures, or bash them with Cranial Plating or Broodstar.The Dispersal Shields seem especially useful since you will be bringing out creatures with a converted mana cost of 6 or more pretty often because of their affinity. The Dragon Wings can be cycled and wait in the graveyard for a Myr Enforcer, or just played on creatures as the situation calls for it.
