I'm willing to spend a little more money than he's planning, But not too much. Just let me know if there's any cards i can run that fit the burn style that could bring up the cost a little but not too much. So like 0-3 dollar cards. Thank you and please post suggestions in the comments

How to Play

Still have yet to test it until i figure out what i really wanna run they proxy it

Deck discussion for Budget Burn (Read Description)

I don't know if it's outside your price range (low on here was 69 cents, high on here was 3 dollars) but try stuffy doll
and if you do that try blasphemous act. Those two in conjunction make some nasty damage

Blasphemous act is a swell card. In most formats there are creatures enough to make it work, but if you want to kickstart it, get some forbidden orchards. If you want a lightweight cardcost to combo with it, try out mogg maniac, which is great stuff with the act. I play it in my own goblindeck, alongside with gempalm incinerator, which makes the two cards extra fun when I meet other goblin-decks. If you ever splash black, try out mogg maniac with fire covenant = turn 3 kill.

You can add Hellspark Elemental, Arc Trail, Incinerate, Shock, and even Tibalt or Valekut to your deck. My suggesstion is too look at all the mono red decks you can find on the Vault site and see what everyone else is doing and use that as your starting point. Look for synergy between your creatures and how the burn spells will augment their Strengths Ex Fire Elemental is excellent in this deck. Kiln Fiend is another creature that gets better with instants and sorceries. If you are playing at a store or with a group ask the other players for red commons, as most long time players will be happy to help for free. I must have given away 20 Lightning Bolts, Giant Growths, and Mana Leaks to new players in the last year alone.
