Keranos is a great commander for control considering he is always useful, creature form or not. Not only do you get some sort of advantage every turn whether it be an extra draw or a free lightning bolt, he also is very hard to get off the table.
The decks main focus is get get Keranos out as fast as possible then play a control game the rest of the time. Grinding out your opponents with countermagic and creatures here and there is exactly how you will win with this deck. There are also many elements of controlling cards on top of your deck which can help with choosing which Keranos trigger you want to go off that turn. Cyclonic rift is also very broken, this card can single handedly win you a game. Knowing when to pull the trigger on this card is very important.
