Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Drop the Flames of the Firebrand for two more Searing Spears. the spears are cheaper and will get you more distance, if, say, you have a Guttersnipe in play, and cast a Searing Spear followed by a Cryptborn Horror. Also, you really need to clean up your sideboard. This is where you can do like, 4x Tragic Slip, 3x Flames of the Firebrand, 4x Duress, and 4x Rix Maadi Guild mage. You are also a little high on the mana. Cut out 3 of each basic, and turn the Guildgates into 4x Dragonskull Summits or Blood Crypts (Which one depends on personal preference and budget.) This leaves you with another playset to fill out, which is where I think 2x Carnival Hellsteed and 1 more of each Guttersnipe and Cryptborn Horror will fit nicely, or another 2x Dreadbore or even 2x Rakdos Charm.

24 mana is still way too much. I highly suggest dropping to 20, and use one of the other R/B non-basics as opposed to the Guildgate. the Guildgates are just bad for a deck like this. In terms of spells, the deck looks better. And I would still thinking about thinning down the sideboard to some 4-of's and a 3-of.
