I found a event deck from Mirrodin besieged, and it was a infect deck. It had a ton of what I call "surprise" cards, like Giant Growth. Blood rush runs in a similar fashion, so I used that feature for my deck.
Demolish your opponents with this deck by holding on to some mana when you attack. Then, when they block, you use something like Ghor-clan Rampager to get over their defence. Use multiple Blood Rush cards to pump your creature from a 1/1 weakling to a 7/7 with trample. If you are out of creatures, don't hesitate to summon one of your Blood rush creatures.
