Did you at all consider Liliana of the Dark Realms? She allows for a shuffle to activate nocturnus if needed and she is also removal.

I feel like you need to be running child of night, at least until it cycles out. I would probably drop the blood artists for them. And i do suggest running running the nocturnas and trying to cut the red down some. If you really wanna run the red as heavy as it is, id change out the blood crazed neonates for falkenrath exterminators. I'll get my RB Vamps online so you can see what i decided on. But mine isnt budget.
