Draw cards if you wanna. I would reccomend it. There are a couple ways to win: Battle of Wits (duh), or slamming massive creatures down your opponents' throats. A large number of the creatures have power and toughness equal to the cards in your hand (and 12 cards allow your hand to be infinite), Lorescale Coatl gets pumped when you draw, and Descendant of Masumaro gets pumped each turn. There are also a few combos - Novijen Sages and Sage of Fables allow you to draw cards if you remove counters from a creature, and when you combine them with Lorescale, they go right back on. The tutors allow you to search your extsensive library for cards you need, be they creature like Niv-Mizzet the Firemind (who, with the right cards out, could deal upwards of 20 damage per turn) or a spell like Parallel Thoughts (use it to find Epic Struggle, Wheel of Fate or Dragon Mage, and Feldon's Cane to win the game). When you play Battle of Wits and your hand is massive, use Wheel of Fate to discard your hand and draw 7 new cards, then use Feldon's cane to shuffle your graveyard into your library. You win.
