it seems to be a prety good deck. I have a guestion though. With the earthcraft and squirrel nest combo can you tap the token during the turn it comes to the game?

Yes because you're tapping it for another card's ability. A card that requires you to tap another creature ignores summoning sickness.
If you want to increase your milling with the Altar you can add Puffer Extract to strengthen your sacrificial creatures.
