A friend of mine recently threw Carpet of Flowers in a deck not knowing what it did, and I immediately saw the potential. Carpet of Flowers + Quicksilver Fountain (especially in the multiplayer games I play) provides a RIDICULOUS amount of mana. Upwelling lets me use Carpet to its fullest potential. With all those players hoarding mana, Drain Power smacks them in the face and adds even more for me to use on cards like Feral Hydra, Tribal Unity, Part Water, and Wurmcalling. Nacatl War-Pride and Part Water is especially devastating, and I hope that cards like Flooded Shoreline, Ensnare, and Thwart will let me return enough fake Islands to my hand to enable me to decide just how long Quicksilver's flood counters stay on lands.
