Deck Description

This is a deck designed to abuse the living hell out of Coalhauler Swine. Attach Pariah's Shield and Shield of Kaldra to Coalhauler, then get some damage on him (whether it be through blocking, not blocking, or Captain's Maneuver). Coalhauler deals that damage to everyone, and Pariah's Shield redirects the damage to Coalhauler in order to repeat the process until everyone is dead.

I've gotten this combo out in every single play test I've done with this particular build simply because of Worldly Tutor and Stonehewer Giant. The walls are sufficient to stall until at least turn 6 or 7, by which time the mana accell has kicked in and you're pretty much ready to kill.

But also in the case of an infinite loop in a sanctioned event wouldn't this be considered a draw, or because all opponents have no life would they say that you won even though the loop did occur?

No shoestring, it's not an infinite loop. After tha damage resolves each time, state-based effects are checked before the Swine's ability goes off again. What's the first state to be checked? Whether or not a player has 0 life. I had the same question when I built the first version asking for stall help:

And I already checked it, JonBomb. I loved it.

That gets ugly quick. +1 Maybe try a Whispersilk for the shroud (after you attach Pariah Shield, of course), otherwise a Path, O-Ring, or Journey to Nowhere wipes it off the board

I'll probably try that, musiq. Shroud really isn't a problem for attaching Equipment with Stonehewer out (it's ability isn't tageted, so shroud can't do anything about it... HA! In fact, I'm going to take out the Extraplanar Lens for it right now.
