A deck based around dealing damage to your opponents when a card is drawn. Underworld Dreams and Kederekt Parasite do it when your opponents draw, and Niv-Mizzet the Firemind does it when you draw a card. Font of Mythos, Howling Mine, Teferi's Puzzle Box, Dragon Mage, and Kami of the Crescent Moon make sure everyone is drawing an (un)healthy amount of cards. The main focus of the Deck is the Forced Fruition/Underworld Dreams combo. When a player plays a spell, they draw 7 cards. Boom. Isochron Scepter with a Word of Command on it allows you to MAKE players play cards, but they don't get any of the benefits. Brilliant! PS - Megrim is only in the deck for the inevitable discard step. When players are drawing 3 or 4 cards per turn and not playing spells, hands tend to get big.
