Deck Description

Still trying to tweak this deck.

Surestrike + Hateflayer = dirty. I think the deck speaks for itself.

Deck discussion for Surestrike Hateflayer v3

I like the idea!
Being able to power out an early Hateflayer and keep it out is going to be a hassle (even with your acceleration). I would use Lightning Greaves to help it against removal and get it doing it's thing even earlier. I would nix the Portal and the Windwalker all together. Personally, I would try to get rid of the white element of this totally, but if you still like it, I would try Steelshaper's Gift or Quest for the Holy Relic. To find your 'flayers, use Worldly Tutor, and then Elvish Visionary to draw it. Some control elements for earlier (Path to Exile, Lightning Bolt, Oblivion Ring) or even another Magnetic Theft would be a lot more welcome, I think, that most of the enchantments you're packing. Avoid Fate/Guttural Response might be nice sideboard cards for if your opponent plays a lot of denial/permission.
Finally, for land, try to get rid of the Boros, Selesnya, and Temple. I can't help but thinking Jungle Shrine (especially if you're on a budget), Sacred Foundry, Sunpetal Grove, Rugged Prairie, Temple Garden, Windswept Heath, Wooded Bastion, or Arid Mesa if you keep the white, or Fire-Lit Thicket , Rootbound Craig, Stomping Ground, or Kazandu Refuge (also a budget card) if you do or not.

The Magic I play is 3+ player free for all, so the cheaper I can make the combo the better. To be honest, white is only there to attach Surestrike. I might swap out Windwalker for Isochron Scepter though. I do happen to agree with you for the most part. Looks like there'll be a version 4...
