This ninja deck is designed to allow the unblocked creature you're returning to your hand with ninjutsu to deal its damage. Make a creature unblockable (if it isn't already), then give it first strike. Use ninjutsu, and there you have it. It also allows you to use Higure's ninjutsu ability to find a ninja and then use THAT ninja's ninjutsu. Brutal.
