The description of this deck is fairly simple you force your opponent to discard cards until they're at one card or less and then have them lose life accordingly waste not can easily get you bodies, Mana or Card advantage Liliana not only forces your opponent to discard cards but can also tutor you cards that you'll need such as Shrieking Affliction. Underworld Connections also is a great way to find cards that you'll need to pull off the final leg of the game. In short this is basically a Standard 8 Rack.
