I like the concept, I've Been thinking about a nemisis mask + Living Plane combination for a while with red instants. However, I noticed that your deck has a good amount of diversity but also Based mostly off instants. Consider Crucible of Worlds and Keldon Arsonist for longer term land destruction. Also I noticed that your blue cards are significantly lacking and that you have a lot of third turn destroy land instead of first turn or second (Boomerang I would consider 2nd just because it can screw someone just as easily as a destroy land card.) So.... yeah.......

Cool idea land control is fun and annoying, this however does not look like a deck that would be efficient at killing you opponents... just really upsetting them.
If you're looking for a beater that will fit well with this deck, try Shivan Wumpus. It'd be a solid way to beat down your opponent, and it would fit the theme.
