the idea is just to control crap until A: I combo out, or B: I beat you to death with fatties/psychosis crawler

solid start, but i would cut chieftain, 4 mountains, and ornithopter in order to add another summons, 3 forked bolt, 4 chimeric mass, 3 mox opal, and a flayer husk. your deck will be a lot faster and have more consistent 0 mana artifact targets for rebirth

have you considered adding nirvana revenants for ramp? with a ritual and consistent land drops you can drop her turn four and have a minimum 8 black open turn 5. she also gives you an outlet for extra mana/late-game mana, not mention she is nasty with an equipped basilisk collar

Ok, first of all (Levi BTW) here’s what to cut:

Elixir of immortality (irrelevant)
Archivist (overpriced)
Myojin of Seeing Winds (overpriced)
Stoic rebuttal (replace with forbid, it’s way better)
Chrystal ball (this is just a suggestion, i prefer Mystic Speculation because if you draw it late game you can use it more than once a turn, unlike the ball)

Here’s what I would consider adding:

Seat of the Synod (if you have a tezzeret in a deck, you have to have one of these. just replace an island)
Izzet Boilerworks (cut an island for it)
Cerebral Vortex (fun to cast alongside Prosperity or the like)
Clout of the Dominus
Freed From the Real
Archmage Ascension
Rite of Replication (multi purpose battlefield control/mad draw power/general removal)
Bribery (belongs in every blue edh, period)
Ivory Tower
Braingeyser
Lightning Greaves
Scroll Rack
Vicious Shadows (maybe, it’s a little pricy)
