Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
My win condition is Mind Over Matter + Arcanis the Omnipotent. Draw out the deck, discard a bunch (use Kozilek for recycling) with Mind Over Matter and generate a hundred mana, and Prosperity everyone to death (discarding Kozilek in response with Mind over Matter to save myself).

ummmm... Is it just me, or does most of this deck seem like staple cards and not enough actual themed strategy cards? The only spell card that has something to do with the theme of the deck is prosperity, and everything else is just gaining control of creatures or taking extra turns. Not saying that the deck needs improvement, I'm just saying, you know, stuff.

I think is needs a little mana ramp. Like along the lines of Silver Myr or Everflowing Chalice.
it actually ramps a lot between doubling cube, extraplanar lens, gauntlet of power, and high tide

I like the stormtide better because not only will it always be unblockable, but it protects me from harm and fixes my mana. But that is just me=D
perhaps you should put in Caged sun, or phyrexian metamorph.
I agree with the caged sun, it just seems like it takes a while to get the combo out, but once it's there well yea, you win. I also would suggest trying to add some type of board wipe card, if blue has any, because if a deck had protection or was geared toward beating mono-colored decks then you'd be in trouble. And one thing I'd be wary of especially is anyone who had say a Reanimate, because put that on the stack and it can take Kozilek before it is shuffled back into your library :/
First of all, Rudeboy almost never goes on this site, and because I know him personally I shall be taking his place. Secondly, Kozilek is all good, because Reanimate is a sorcery, and is therefore not quick enough to hit Kozilek during his short stay in the graveyard. Also, I shall put in a word with him to see if he will put in Inundate, as a blue field wipe-ish thing.

time stretch is a wonderful card really fun to use
It is quite absurd in EDH. True Story: Just yesterday I was playing with a few friends. I cast Time Stretch with almost everyone tapped out, while one of my friends tapped his only 2 remaining Islands to cast Redirect! Oh, and he had Wrexial already out... In other words, he had 4 turns almost for sure coming his way. Thankfully, I was able to stop it by legend ruling the Wrexial out with a clone-type card. Once I finally got my turn back, I topdecked an Eternal Witness with mana to cast it and replay the Time Stretch. In those 2 turns, I was able to get out and fully level a Lighthouse Chronologist, cast Praetor's Cousil (Getting back tons and tons of good stuff). Then, I could recast Time Stretch yet again.... At this point, my friends/opponents quickly scooped after realizing I even had ways to protect the Chronologist and his 5 friends, thanks to a kicked Rite of Replication. Yes, that did all actually happen. Yes, it was crazy. And yes, it was sooo much fun! :) I love commander!
Great story. Hows about this. One day, me and my compatriot (tryagainlater) are playing EDH, him with his Zur, me and my Niv. So, he plays Time Stretch, but it just so happens that i have a fully leveled Echo Mage on the field, and two open blue mana. So, I get to take my four turns, and in that time I play time warp, echo mage it and double Reiterate. In that time I get a kicked, double copied rite of replication on my psychosis crawler (thats 16 life my opponents lose for every card I draw.) Mhm.

If drawing is your game, why not put Howling Mine, Font Mythos, and Vensers Journal? Especially since they run well with Psycosis Crawler.
They benefit the opponent too much.
Too bad Tolarian Academy is banned, it would be awesome here.
You could also use Stroke of Genius instead of Prosperity for the win-con if you're just doing a 1v1 EDH game.
