In fact, isn't this deck pretty much a turn 3 win the majority of games?

This deck looks really fun. Maybe add some tutors so you can be sure to get fluctuator.
Don't sideboard all your spot removal. I would definitely maindeck the ORings and the paths. Take out beckon apparition, and hedge mage. Also, if you can afford fetid heaths you might as well put in cave of koilos. I like the 4 martial coup, don't usually see that but it could work pretty well. Ajani Goldmane is another solid card to add.
Land?
Despite the 2 Vernal Blooms, I would add cloudposts and vesuvius to speed things up
1st: It's M10 not 11th edition 2nd: What about this deck is related to M10? 3rd: 16 lands is way too low for a typical 60 card deck 4th: There is absolutely no point in splashing blue just to get nicol bolas

There are plenty of exceptions, but it's generally a bad idea to have just 1 of anything in your deck.
Why go to all the trouble of finding these cards when this list is online?
You only have 3 cards that you have more than one of in your deck. This will probably make your deck too unpredictable and rocky

Thanks for the feedback, Yeah well it's a control deck with the Mirari+Cabal Coffers+Consume Spirit finish. I would think that with Necro+Demonic Tutor I'd have a pretty good chance of getting this.
