Ignore the sideboard....TL;DR: Save burns until you can full combo. Only use burns to kill key creatures (ex: Braids). Make sure to start with one of the win cards (Guttersnipe/Gelectrode/Curse of Bloodletting).Mulligan unless you have 2 lands and at least 1 of the following:GuttersnipeGelectrodeCurse of Bloodletting(11/63 cards, good chance you will get this)Play lands and hold on to all cards until you can get Guttersnipe or Gelectrode down on hopefully third turn. Use Preordain and Ponder freely to make this happen. If you started with Curse of Bloodletting, play it ASAP, even if you have to use Some Rite of Flame and Seething Song for the mana.Once a win card is down, ass blast them with burns and instants.1) Guttersnipe adds 2 damage to each burn or instant you play. Try to combo manamorphose/preordain/ponder/seething song/rite of flame into the straight burn instants. Lightning bolts and Lava spikes essentially do 5 damage for 1 mana.2) Each Gelectrode adds 1 dmg per isntant. Won't be insta-win, but hurts pretty bad.3) Curse of Bloodletting is self explanatory. Though might be worth holding off on the ass-blasting until you know you can kill them this way.Other notes:Howling Mine: Unless the opponent outspeeds you or has significantly lower mana curve, you will benefit a lot more from this card draw. Melek, Izzet Paragon: Because fuck you.I did not include a lot of good cards like Braid of Fire and Remand since they are too damn expensive. This is a semi-budget deck (~$30-40)
