I once built a deck like this, an idea you might consider is a common called merrowwitsniper, costs a blue and it takes the top card your opponents deck when it comes in play.
And agreed no counters is bad, look into broken ambitions, counters and is a mill card for a blue and X land.
You definitely need some Broken Ambitions if you're running those Lorwyn block 'folks haha. Counter+Mill=Good card. Get Archive Traps from Zendikar exp. "If opponent searched his/her library this turn you may pay 0 rather than it's mana cost. Mill for 13" it's basically a 0 cost 13 mill. With that card (if you had four haha) you could easily one-turn-mill.... Path to exile, mill mill mill mill. Done. Check out my We Are Spellbound deck tell me what you think please :)
