Basic GW Human setup with emphasis on Investigate. Use Clues and Tamiyo's Journal to filter for what you need. Set up with aggro, get some Clues going, play some removal if need be, then BAM; surprise cheat Ulamog into play with Briarbridge Patrol for the win.
I went with the titular Patrol, Thraben Inspector, Hamlet Captain, Thalia's Lieutenant and Tireless Tracker for the Human base. Bygone Bishop is a spirit, but helps keep our Clue count high. I realize Ulamog is kinda boring at this point, so feel free to substitute whatever finisher you prefer.Angelic Purge becomes a removal powerhouse (even as a Sorcery) when you can easily sacrifice a Clue in exchange. Confront the Unknown, often providing +3/+3 or more (plus a Clue), is great for combat tricks and can help your Humans pick off threatening attackers. Tamiyo's Journal is great here, giving us more Clues, but it can also search directly for our finisher. Weirding Wood is an optional, late-game way to produce enough Mana for our finisher, or to accelerate a Journal into play a turn early.
