This deck is legal in freeform and will win you every game unless your opponent is using vanguard cards, which I have never seen anyone use apart from Momir Basic. Basically, you draw seven Chancellors, reveal them, deal 21 damage to your opponent and gain 21 life. Rinse, repeat. I would love to build this deck, if only to see the look on people's faces when I tell them I need all their chancellors of the dross. Sideboard is self explanatory.

Just sayin'. 99 storm crows sharing a bonesaw isn't half as intimidating as a storm crow equipped with 99 Bone Saws. I highly suggest you rectify this immediately if you want this deck to be taken seriously.
I feel like that's debatable, my good sir. if you have one storm crow with 99 bone-saws, you get the image of a ball of bone saws, to which most people would respond with a "meh." The other way, you get a ball of Storm Crows... Think about it :P
