Deck Description

I saw a few of these decks surface online when Innistrad had just dropped, but I haven't seen any since miracles have come into play.

UG Delver is surprisingly versatile with miracle cards, and the creatures compliment each other and the other spells in the deck. Delver is delver, which shouldn't take too much explanation. Mayor of Avabruck is basically Delvers 5-8, as the game gets out of hand just as quickly if Mayor is allowed to flip. An unflipped Mayor also has the added benefit of pumping Delver and Invisible Stalker, thus providing utility on either side. Invisible stalker shouldn't require much explanation either. Merfolk looter helps get miracles from your hand into your graveyard so you can noxious revival them back. It is in over civilized scholar because it is cheaper.

The main win cons of the deck come from the green miracles. They flip delver, and pumping any of the creatures leads to a very fast clock and potentially a one sided board wipe. Noxious revival acts as a sudo snapcaster in the deck, allowing you to miracle again and again, something your opponents will most likely be unable to come back from.

Alt win cons come from Pike, as any deck that runs Delvers can probably make pretty good use of pikes.

Still need to work on the sideboard.

It's bad. It's too susceptible to graveyard hate, since a lot of the deck's intention is to miracle over and over again using noxious revival.

Miracles are also just slower than pike, and they take up more slots.
