maybe try brainspoil instead of diabolic tutor to find thrumming stones. cheaper and esasier to take only 3 cost.add patriarch's bidding for wog based decks or shadow of doubt, maybe you want to make it green-black, and throw some bloddbond marchs instead, try marrow-gnawers, or if you want to make it also red-black, try seething song and mass hysteria or something like this to make them hasty. hope it helps... thank you!!

add shadow of doubt if cranial extraction is in your opponent's deck. still we have to find cards for meddling mage and echoing truth. but this is maybe the best relentless rats deck ever.
add around 24 relentless and extirpates patriarch's bidding and duress and shadow of doubt mix them however you want
