My take on a Tooth and Nail Deck:

Birds of Paradise: Flexible Mana Base (especially for R/U/B)

Sakura Tribe-Elder: Fetches forests and acts as blocker

Eternal Witness: brings back TaN, TaN-Targets or Mindslaver

Pestermite: Combo with Kiki-Jiki = infinite creatures and a potential INSTANT WIN

Kiki-Jiki: Flexible Combo Piece

Leonin Abunas: Combo with Platinum Angel = survival

Mephidross Vampire: Combo with Triskelion = creature removal

Triskelion: Combo with Mephidross Vampire = creature removal

Duplicant: Combo with Kiki-Jiki = creature removal

Platinum Angel: Combo with Leonin Abunas = survival

Darksteel Colossus: Combo with Kiki-Jiki = beatstick

Sensei’s Divinging Top: Draw

Mindslaver: Control

Gifts Ungiven: Searches TaN, TaN-Targets, Fireball, UrzaTron and other cards

Sylvan Scrying: Searching UrzaTron

Pyroclasm: Kills Enemy Creatures while you put together TaN, potentially clears the field

Reap and Sow: Searching UrzaTron

Fireball: Optional Win Condition

Tooth and Nail: “Does it need saying”

Sideboard:

Kokusho: 2 in combo = 10 damage for enemy and 10 life for oneself

Boseiju: TaN-Cast against Control

Cranial Extraction: Hinders the potentially lethal Cranial Extraction and other enemy keycards

Mindslaver: Control

Moment's Peace: Additional protection against aggro

Pyroclasm: Kills Enemy Creatures while you put together TaN, clears the field

Reap and Sow: Searching UrzaTron

Burning Wish: brings back TaN that were taken by Cranial Extraction
