This is a dinosaur ramp deck that is looking to power out powerful threats and Timmy your opponent into oblivion. I like that it showcases both Ghalta, Primal Hunger and Combustible Gearhulk as potentially lethal threats, and has a lot of potential for overwhelming opponents.
This deck wants to play head down ramp until you can cast a 4+ drop. Normally the only thing worth stopping for is an opposing ramp creature(Minister of Inquiries counts as ramp for GPG). Regisaur Alpha's haste anthem and 7 on board power makes it the first choice for something to play early, and pretty much instantly wins with Ghalta, that will cost 5 mana with the reduction from Regisaur Alpha. Hold on to Carnage Tyrant against any deck that might be running a board wipe, as it's impossible for more controlling decks to deal with otherwise.
