This deck is designed to bring in expensive elemental creatures without paying their mana cost on a budget. Summon elementals with Incandescent Soulstoke, give them persist with Cauldron of Souls, remove -1/-1 counters with Heartmender. Other cards are bonuses (Primal Forcemage), search cards (Flamekin Hargbinger for elementals, Skyship Weatherlight for elementals/artifacts), mana generators (Smokebraider), and beefy elemental cards.

fun deck. Where is nova chaser? also, I made an elemental deck like this and found soulbright flamekin to be pretty nice once you've got 6 mana. Banneret couldn't hurt either. also, lightning with a few less creatures and a few more burn spells hostility is good enough for any deck. vigor would be great too.

I left out vigor/nova because of cost. I have hostility in another deck, he'd definitely work great in this one too. Banneret and Soulbright got left out because I needed room for as many 6/6+ or higher elementals as possible. Thanks for commenting.
