Deck Description

...famous last words, spoken by peasant Timothy after having queued for nineteen hours to be seen before the Court of His Royal Majesty. If only he had this deck. Ironically, they were also the last words Timothy heard before his public hanging, as the executioner spoke of his crimes. Incidentally, the executioner did have this deck.

Some fun things in this deck:
--The combination of Silence, Orim's Chant, Due Respect, and Gitaxian Probe have become one of my favorite ways to utterly piss off an opponent.
--There is so much card advantage in this deck it's not funny. Let's look at all of the cards that put something into my hand: Almost all of them.
--Stoneforge Mystic plus the complete Sword of cycle can answer just about any problem you can throw at me.
--An early game SoWP can deal insane amounts of damage after a few turns of Chant, Silence, and Due Respect.
--There is a whale chilling out in the library. How awesome is that?

Deck discussion for SIIIILLLLEEENNNCE!

It's like some sort of mutant Caw deck. XD Actually, it reminds me more of a variation that I had for standard a few months ago that we called "Squawk Box". the only thing missing would be Venser for repeatable searching, but you probably don't need it. Your curve is so fast that you might even have them whooped before you see the whale. Very cool, looks like a lot of fun. ^_^ And, yes, the whale is awesome. LOL

It's interesting, the lack of creatures and damage spells doesn't keep you from dealing decent damage and gaining benefits. Plus if things are going slow you can still keep your opponent SILLLEEENNCED until your ready to attack! Then at some random moment WHAAALLLE!! (que the voice from Kung Pow!)
