The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

This is actually a pretty cool concept for an Emperor deck. I can't say I'm a particular fan of the mana-ramp artifacts simply because, as Emperor, you have more than enough time to drop your land. Though Spectral Searchlight is really excellent in this set-up. Have you thought about running things like Jinxed Idols that you can give to your enemies in here?

The idea was actually to give the mana ramp to my allies. It helps me rapid-fire off spells by turn 3-4 when things start getting important, then later on pass the artifacts to my allies. Initially I didn't want to start tossing around Jinxed Idols, so they wouldn't be traded back and forth between my generals. But thinking about it, if I'm stealing an opp's creatures and giving them to my allies, that could really put the hurt on them :)
Edited: Removed some of the mana ramp for 2x Panoptic Mirror and another Preordain. Pop off an Act of Treason or Mark of Mutiny each upkeep :)
How about Steel Golem or Immortal Coil? Swap those and watch them suffer :D
