This isn't the life-gain deck I am running, I just made this to show how you can gain infinite life with white removal cards that can be found in just about any deck. The combo uses 2x Oblivion Rings (or 1x Oblivion Ring and 1x Journey to Nowhere) and 1x Leonin Relic-Warder. 1.) Cast Oblivion Ring (exile anything) 2.) Cast Leonin Relic-Warder (exile Oblivion Ring) 3.) Cast another removal-enchantment (exile Leonin Relic-Warder) 4.) Oblivion Ring returns to the battlefield (exile your other removal-enchantment) 5.) Leonin Relic-Warder returns to the battlefield (exile Oblivion Ring) 6.) Your other removal-enchantment returns to the battlefield (exile Leonin Relic-Warder) Repeat steps 4., 5., and 6. as many times as you like. Break the loop by returning Leonin Relic-Warder to the battlefield and exiling Oblivion Ring. When your other removal-enchantment returns to the battlefield, exile something your opponent controls. Now you have a Leonin Relic-Warder that will drop an Oblivion Ring on your opponent if it dies.

Considering I just chucked this together in about five minutes for the purpose of sharing my combo.. I actually really like how the deck turned out. I might have to build this for casual multi-player at some point :)
