Paradox Haze, Awakening Zone, and other upkeep triggered abilities. It's all about generating free creature tokens, and making them deadly with Beastmaster Ascension and Oran-Rief's +1/+1 counters. I play tested something similar via proxy (only one game though, my group gets pissy about proxy cards), and the deck turned out to be fairly dynamic, albeit limited on win conditions. I dropped Preordain and Mana Leak from the proxy deck to include Spawnwrithe and Followed Footsteps. I'm sore at the loss of control and card advantage, but I feel the changes really bring the deck together. Comments, suggestions, complaints, all are welcome!
