Nice, I am guessing that you are using Centaur Cheiftain for the threshold ability? IF you are there is a much nicer card called Tribal Forcemage which will do the job, for one more mana, and you get +2/+2 and also trample, and also you dont need threshold. Otherwise I think you should take out creeping mold and put in either Naturlize or Doublign season. Nice synergy tho.
