I would take off Markov patrician and put : Gatekeeper of Malakir / Kalastria Highborn / Captivating Vampire / Pulse Tracker.. my choices are limited because this is a standard deck, and by price. My goal was to make a deck under 100 dollars. Markov patrician fits because this deck is obviously a slower deck, and needs the lifegain.
