Deck Description

Still working on the sideboard and slimming to 60 cards, but I have a feeling this deck will be CRAZY fun to play.

1. The Splinter Twin/Deceiver Exarch or Precursor Golem will be very powerful, especially with Spellskite in play protecting them. Once you have Splinter Twin on a Deceiver Exarch, you can get infinite number of hasted creatures and it's it's pretty much GG. You can create ton of Golem tokens if you have a Precursor Golem or Myr battlesphere that also has a Splinter Twin attached to it.

2. Pyrexian Metamorph is there to become a copy of a problem creature that an opponent controls or just to become another Precursor Golem, Battlesphere or Deceiver Exarch in case one of them dies or to create more tokens.

3. Steel Overseer, Ajani and Tempered Steel beef up your creatures like mad. Every creature in the deck is an artifact except for the Exarch and the Stoneforge Mystic. Could be a weakness, but that's what the counterspells are in the sideboard for.

4. Jace is here for obvious reasons, but Venser goes really well with Phyrexian Metamorph, Myr Battlesphere and Precursor Golem or even a Deceiver Exarch with no Splinter Twin. He'd be great with Stoneforge Mystic as well, or even Mortarpod or Batterskull to get a free Germ Token.

Sideboard:
The sideboard is transformational to add in the very powerful Stoneforge Mystic and a copy of each sword. Mortarpod is awesome if you use it in conjunction with splinter twin because you can sac a free creature to use it.

Other Sideboard possibilities :
3x Assault Strobe (for Precursor)
3x Distortion Strike (For Precursor)

Possible Replacements:
+3 Porcelain Legionaire -3 Steel Overseer
+2 Etched Champin -2 Phyrexian Metamorph
+4 Gitaxian Probe -4 ????? not sure yet.

Deck discussion for Twin Exarchs (T2 Nph)

I'm wondering if etched Champion wouldn't be better here.. maybe:
-2 Phyrexian Metamorph +2 Etched Champion and just leave the Metamorph as a 1 of?

I honestly like the phyrexian Metamorph as it is. Myr battlesphere could be dropped for an etched champion though, and maybe 1 or both of Venser. Etched Champions with the +1/+1 bonuses all over them could be a scary little mess.
I'd like to see a little more control, some counter spell or pyroclasm in the mainboard. And maybe a little more draw power than just preordain and Jace.
As for things that cost more than 4, I don't like them, your goal should be to get your exarch out on their 3rd, and then splinter twin on your 4th for game. Big baddies are nothing compared to infinite little guys all ready to tear someone up.
