wow really cool build. i like that the SB is filled with situational enchantments to bring in as needed. fetching a thassa is a good idea. and i would cut vapor snags for thoughtseize, if your running black you mine as well have some hand destructions

I would replace tidehollow strix for baleful strix, never understimate card advantage, at the loss of one attack power (which is not that important on a deathtouch creature).Have you thought about flying control creatures like aven mindcensor ?+1 for zur and any enchantment fetch. (you could even look at enchantment creatures or steel of the godhead to make him unblockable).Mindshrieker in the sideboard ? (i love it when opponent has an Emrakul top deck !)
The mindcensors are a good idea. the only reason why there are no baleful strix is because its not modern :'(
