A horror deck for modern, updated a year after I made it to fit changes to modern.
Use the thing in the ice to keep an open table and early power aggression. Hexmages and cheap sorcs to flip him fast, discard and spellskite to control how they respond. Hunted horror combos with thing or ratchet bomb to give them tokens and then remove them. Thoughtsieze to keep enemy counterspells down. lifegain in the sideboard vs early rush and burn, recall to slow down affinity or vehicles, leyline should slow down storm or hexmage to remove all the counters from their ascension. Ratchet bomb can zap them damn boggles, if you don't get a skite to stick.
