I think enchantments will give you some real trouble, same with 1 and 2 drop creatures. I see what your trying to do but I think your still going to need creatures in this deck.

i can see how enchantments will probably give me trouble, but i'm not sure about creatures since i can cast disfigure/grasp of darkness. but i'll see if i can fit some memnites or kiln fiends in

if youre already going along the B/R/U path, why dont you just go for a grixis deck? i have one up that does very well, idk its up to you if you want to use the idea, but my deck is:

and you also need more burn cards for win condition, because you cant depend on 8 cards to win the game for you, if you think about it, if someone uses a white health ramping deck, youre screwed unless you get a crapload of mana and use red sun, but in my opinion, you should put in something as a staple for winning, like maybe a contaminated ground? its black and converts your opponents land, and when they tap it they take damage? thats pretty nice if you combo up some counter spelling on top, cuz theyll be casting mana to do absoloutly nothing for the turn, which screws them over. another thing i would suggest is maybe a corrupt? if youre going for a burnish deck, use corrupt and screw your opponent and put yourself ahead, and finally if anything, put in blightning if you wont use anything else in the deck i put up, 3 damage + 2 card discard = panic for your opponent. good luck with your deck man!!

contaminated ground is pretty cool, but its expensive, cause i'm thinking of playing around 2 counters a turn. blightning looks good though. 2-card discard would be good early game where they have a lot of cards. though i think i'd be doing other types of counters instead of damaging my opponent.

originally, i wasn't going for a burnish deck. i wanted a control deck but i realized i couldn't win with just counters. so i just threw in some burn cards. do you think i should replace the burn cards with some powerful creatures?
