I love these Archetypes I have a black white deck with them 2 in. I wanted to make one with all 5 in within budget. From my own experience with enchantment decks, I can say that some of these cards are a lot better than others. Starfield of Nyx is a great late game card which can get you enchantments backs, but once you get empty your graveyard theres not a whole lot you can do with it. Also Sphere of Safety is something you should definitely run four of, it can really really save you if you can get that fifth land out. I think you'll definitely going to need that time to find right colors of land because you're playing a rainbow deck with 16 basics and 6 sac lands (which put the land in tapped). Eidolon of Blossoms is one of the best cards here, because it'll help you find relevant spells/the right color land. Also considering the fact that your land base isn't great (I understand the budget, but its hard to make a budget land base for a rainbow deck), courser of kruphix might be a costly addition but probably worth it.
