dont mean to sound mean but i have a mono black infect aswell and this is what i do. i run 4 hand of preators 4 ichor rats with the hand you play that they get 2 poison just for playing it i would run vatmoms they are really good regardless if they give you a poison everyturn. skittles i run 2 of in mine i dont run the flensermite removal is good necropede is great try to run 4 of. also livewire lash is great on an infect creature and if you need to get those last bit of infect in you can just target your own creatures with your spells and it will shock your opponent with poison counters hope your deck works out hope this helps check out my rage extractor deck v2
