what kind of cruel win condition is this
If you want to keep the mana curve the same, put in 2 Hero's Downfall for murder. Also, I suggest Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni for a bigger creature (like a finisher).
Is this budget? You could swap out murder for a few options like Heroes Downfall, Doom Blade, or Ultimate Price plus if you want more Rack style cards there is shrieking affliction

Really good rats tribal! Swarmyard would be a good utility land for this deck
You ramp up, but there's no big X cost to put mana in like Gelatinous Genesis

Kalonian Behemoth is a fat shroud creature if that works- 7 for a 9/9 with shroud
