Maybe some Deathtouch equipment/enchantments would help? That way your pings kill creatures at least. That or Wither would be interesting.

I thought it was funny that a deck based off of pinging would be in a format with 30/40 starting life. Good luck!

Your mana base seems very solid. Maybe some multipurpose mana rocks would help? That also allows for some artificial ramping. As far as drawing the right card, perhaps some tutor-style cards are an option?

I agree that dismember is an excellent choice! Would work especially well in this low-mana environment.

Have you considered Monastery Swiftspear or Young Pyromancer? Great Red aggro cards seeing a lot of modern play.

You should add The Rack as a damage source- it triggers at less cards in hand and costs less mana than cursed rack.
