Why not replace Feldon's Cane with Elixir of Immortality?

because feldon's cane is better. yeah, with the elixir you gain 5 life, but you have to pay 2 for a total of 3.Feldon's cane is a parachute, Elixir is only a slower of the game...
except that that 2 mana not only gains you 5 life, but shuffles it back into the library instead of exiling.. if you dont have an extra 2 mana by the time you'd be cracking this, youre doing something wrong anyways.
Exactly, the 5 life is just a fun bonus, but I was more leaning towards the fact that you shuffle it back in.
Reliquary Tower is a land that does the same thing as the spellbook.Library of Leng will give you no maximum handsize, and if you discard a card you may put it on top of your library, so it works with Jace's Archivist.
Reliquary tower is amazing!! But library of leng is not modern!!!
