My Fiance loves vampire decks and as been playing some version of this deck on and off for over a year. It has Edward Cullen tokens that she painted with sparkly nail polish.

I don't think Pierced Heart is doing much good in this deck. I would consider taking it out for a card like Vampire Nocturnus. If you want to keep in the Pierced Heart than I suggest you look into Bloodlord of Vaasgoth as an addition to the deck.
