The best things in magic, drawing cards and casting spells. We gain much value from our commander so even the smallest of spells give us advantage. This a deck that I personally love to play, so if you're an Izzet fan, you'll enjoy it too!
There's no direct plan for winning aside from utilizing control from counterspells and burn. Hopefully all the double cast triggers will give enough value with some creature tokens or the periodic pinging.
