Okay, could you enlighten me. This is like the third deck I've seen with an instant or sorcery in the Command Zone-is that just a place marker? Or is it something else?

Why not mono white with Armored Ascension?https://www.mtgvault.com/card/armored-ascension/M11/It's cheap, and as a bonus by round four you're looking at +4/+4 and flying!
Short of going dual color sometimes you just get unlucky!
Since it's mono white I'd suggest dropping 4 lands, going down to 20 and either adding Authority of the Consuls:https://www.mtgvault.com/card/authority-of-the-consuls/KLD/Or Gideon's Lawkeeper:https://www.mtgvault.com/card/gideons-lawkeeper/M12/Both are cheap and let you tap an opponent's creatures, which helps until you can get some exile going.or a Mana Tithe:https://www.mtgvault.com/card/mana-tithe/PLC/No one expects a white counter.
So beyond pissing off an opponent until they scoop, or make you play 52 card pick up how do you see the win conditions?

Seems like that would be less of an issue 2 Headed Giant. especially if your partner has something that rolls faster, or in a different way.
Lightning Bolt seems like it would have a home here.

Heck I'd even move 2 Song of Freylise to SB, get all 4 in and that as stuff dies you're going for the throat!
